Question 1

How is this different from asking ChatGPT?

Accepted Answer

ChatGPT doesn't have your resume and the job description in one grounded context, and won't structure a report by difficulty level or include a company briefing. Kracker does that in one generated document.

Question 2

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Every new account gets one free report automatically, no card required. Paid plans range from a one-time pass up to a full quarter — pricing varies by region, see Pricing for the exact numbers where you are.

Question 3

How long does the One-Time Pass last?

Accepted Answer

The One-Time Pass is valid for 7 days or 2 reports, whichever comes first, and does not auto-renew — it's a single, one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. Upgrade anytime to Monthly or Quarterly for ongoing access.

Question 4

What's included in the free report?

Accepted Answer

Your free report includes the full About and Summary pages, your complete 'Tell Me About Yourself' answer, and 5 personalized Q&As — 2 technical and 2 behavioral questions pulled directly from the job description and matched to your resume, plus your opening answer. The remaining sections — personality questions, advanced questions, company deep dive, closing tips, and questions to ask — appear as headers in your report outline so you can see everything the full report covers, but their content isn't generated until you upgrade. Upgrade anytime to generate the full report on the same job.

Question 5

Can I use this for a specific company?

Accepted Answer

Yes — add the company name when you upload your job description, and Kracker researches that company specifically for your report.

Question 6

Is my resume data private?

Accepted Answer

Your resume, job description, and reports are stored under your account only and are not shared with other candidates.

Question 7

How long do you keep my reports?

Accepted Answer

Reports are kept for 1 year after they're generated, then automatically removed. Your dashboard flags any report expiring soon, so download a PDF copy before then if you want to keep it.
